Controller and contact

The data controller is SIA SEVO, registration No. 40203789970. For data and rights requests, contact info@sevo.lv.

Accounts and documents

When signing in with SEVO or Google through SEVO, the document service receives an account identifier, name and verified email. Passwords and existing listings are not copied into SEVODOC.

We store entered document information, revisions and participant review approvals for preparation and download. An invited party gains access only after accepting the private invitation. A guest draft is tied to a protected cookie in this browser and available for up to 24 hours.

Private preview storage

Document values and profiles are stored encrypted. The local Windows preview uses the current user's DPAPI protection; the private Linux server uses AES-256-GCM. Encryption keys are protected separately from document data. Backups are kept for recovery; public access is disabled.

Downloaded PDF and Word files are no longer protected by the server: you control their storage and sharing. Avoid entering real sensitive data for tests unless needed.

Payments and email

A purchase uses billing recipient details, the selected service, amount, consents and payment status. SEVODOC does not store card numbers, CVV or internet banking codes. EveryPay processes payment; the shared SEVO mail service delivers service messages, and an invoice copy is kept in SEVO’s private EU archive.

Full document content is not required by the payment partner or invoice archive. Accounting records and contract evidence are subject to mandatory retention requirements; closing an account does not automatically cancel them.

Browser storage and rights

Sign-in, security and guest draft cookies are used. Language preference is stored locally in the browser. This version has no advertising tracking or transmission of search text to advertising networks.

Request access, correction, deletion and other statutory rights through info@sevo.lv. Identity checks are proportionate to the request. Complaints can be submitted to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate. Version: 20 October 2026.
