Preparing documents

SEVODOC is a self-service document preparation tool. You choose a template, enter actual information and review the result. The service does not include individual legal advice, representation, signing or submission to an authority.

The interface is available in Latvian, Russian and English. Document text and PDF/Word files remain in Latvian. Before use, check the suitability of the template, entered information and submission requirements.

Prices

One standard document: €1.49. An eligible related document: +€0.49 in the same purchase. Three standard documents: €2.99. A six-document insolvency or SIA formation bundle: €9.99. VIP access for 30 days: €19.99, with no automatic renewal.

The selected content and final total in euros are shown before payment. State fees, share capital, notary fees and external services are excluded. SEVODOC branding in the file can be switched off without changing the price.

Payment and delivery

EveryPay processes payment. Enter banking or card credentials only on the payment partner’s page. Downloads unlock after server verification of payment; your invoice and status are available in your account.

A document must be completed and reviewed by the required participants. A review approval is not an electronic signature. Bundle documents may be completed at the relevant stage. A PDF reader and DOCX-compatible editor are required.

Public ordering is disabled in this private preview. The operator’s real payment test is controlled separately; local demonstrations do not charge money.

Withdrawal and defects

Before immediate digital content delivery, you separately consent to delivery starting during the withdrawal period and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right when delivery begins. This applies only when legal conditions are met and a contract confirmation has been provided.

Statutory consumer rights for non-conforming digital content or services remain unaffected. For errors, withdrawal or refunds, contact info@sevo.lv with the order number. Do not send passwords, banking codes or unnecessary document content.

Data and collaboration

An invitation to another party is a private link; do not publish it. The recipient signs in and accepts the invitation. Changes may require renewed participant approval. Enter personal data only where you have a lawful basis.
