SEVODOC

Automated bookkeeping.

Organise transactions. Review the numbers. Prepare reports.

For self-employed people and small Latvian SIA companies: bank files, receipts, invoices and reports in one clear workspace.

Open bookkeeping

Less retyping. More clarity.

A whole bank file at once

Import a CSV or XML statement. Each payment becomes a separate reviewable row; possible duplicates are flagged. Confirm the classification before posting.

Receipts and issued vouchers

Take a photo on your phone or upload an image or PDF. Extracted dates, amounts and VAT fill a draft; check uncertain fields and add a purchase explanation.

Invoices and received payments

Link a SEVODOC issued invoice to bookkeeping after you confirm receipt of payment. A template, quote or invoice draft does not become income on its own.

Employees and payroll

Enter gross pay and the employee’s tax settings. Review taxes, net pay, employer costs and the payslip; an XML export is available for the supported employer report.

Fixed assets, vehicles and fuel

Record a purchase, useful life and business-use percentage. Track depreciation, trips, odometer readings and fuel; check the evidence before including an expense.

Reports and monthly documents

Separate reporting for self-employed people and SIA companies. A monthly ZIP combines the journal and related documents; the report centre identifies missing data.

From file to report in four steps

  1. Create a bookkeeping profile

Choose self-employed, MUN or SIA and your VAT status.

  2. Add transactions

Import a bank file, scan a document or enter a transaction yourself.

  3. Review and confirm

Required fields and amount checks help identify missing details.

  4. Prepare a report

Choose the period, resolve the listed gaps and download a supported format.

Separate reports for each bookkeeping type

Self-employed people

Quarterly VSAOI reports and MUN declarations for the applicable regime. The annual D3 working calculation in PDF/CSV helps prepare the return; it is not a complete GID XML replacement.

Small SIA companies

Employer reports and an annual-report assistant for a bounded service-company scope under Article 58 of Latvia’s annual-report law. Opening balances, liabilities and manually confirmed data are also required; bank cash flow alone is insufficient.

Clear capabilities and limits

There is no direct bank connection: you export and upload the file yourself. Nothing is submitted to VID EDS automatically. Review the generated file and the relevant reporting requirements before submission. Use an accountant for complex transactions or cases outside the supported scope.

Bookkeeping data is available after signing in with your shared SEVO or Google account. This public description contains no account or transaction data.
